Soura-Srinagar from Original
Manufacturers/ Authorized
Distributors/ Registered
Dealers / Suppliers for
supply of Hospital Furniture
Items, so as to reach
the office of the Chief of
Materials Management, SKIMS,
Soura-Srinagar, by
registered / Speed post/
Courier Service or delivered
personally in Central
Dispatch Section of SKIMS,
Soura by or before
29-12-2008 upto 2pm.
The detailed tender
document containing Schedule
of quantities, Specification
of items and terms and
conditions, can be had from
the office of the
undersigned against non
refundable tender fee of
Rs.250/-in the shape of bank
draft pledged to FA & CAO,
SKIMS or to be deposited in
J & K Bank Limited Branch
SKIMS Soura, Srinagar in
Account Head NO: CD-34 by or
before 27.12.2008, upto
3pm.
The tenders must be
accompanied with earnest
money in the shape of CDR
equivalent to 2% of total
value of quoted items
pledged to Financial Advisor
and CAO SKIMS without which
tenders shall not be
considered and are liable
for rejection. The tenders
shall be opened on
30.12.2008, at 2pm, or
any other date convenient to
tender opening committee, in
the office of Chief of
Materials Management in
presence of the tenderers
who may be present at that
time.

of quantities and terms and
conditions will also be
available at SKIMS website @
www.Skims.ac.comm
against requisite tender fee
of Rs:250/-
