Dr. Tabish has more than 300 research
publications in standard international medical
journals. He has authored about a dozen books
including: Text book of Hospital & Health
Services Administration (Oxford University
Press), Hand book of Emergency Medicine,
Planning, Organization and Management of
Hospitals, Future of Health, Nosocomial
Infection Control: A Conceptual Approach,
Fundamentals of Problem Based Learning. Dr.
Tabish has received several honors and awards
from international and national organizations in
recognition to his outstanding contribution to
Medicine and distinguished services in Health
Care Delivery. He has also received the
prestigious Sir Sriram Memorial Award from
National Academy of Medical Sciences. Dr. Tabish
is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of
Health Sciences. He is also on the editorial
board of several international Medical journals.
Dr. Tabish represented India in the world Health
assembly during 1998 at Dallas (Texas)
USA. Dr. Tabish has also worked as Professor of
Medical Education at the leading university of
Saudi Arabia where he directed several mega
projects including two Medical Colleges,
700-beded University Hospital and a Regional
Research Resource Centre. Dr. Tabish is also
International advisor to another Medical
University of the Saudi Arabia. Dr. Tabish is on
the expert and advisory committees of many
National and International organizations. He is
also examiner of National Board of Examinations,
AIIMS, SKIMS, etc. Dr. Tabish established a
modern extended Accident & Emergency Department
